Let's multiply these two fractions

When multiplying fractions, all we do is multiply the top, and multiply the bottom. So we have 2 times 4, over 3 times 6

Multiplying those, we have 8 over 18

Which we can simplify by dividing top and bottom by 2, so our simplified answer is 4 over 9.
