Let's compare eight squared to 67

To compare a square with an integer, we can first expand the square. Eight squared is 8 times 8

Which is 64, so we can replace the 8 squared in our original equality expression with 64

Now it's easy to see that 64 is less than 67, so 8 squared is less than 67.
