Name these triangles by their side lengths.

A triangle with all sides the same length is called an equilateral. Think equal and lateral, or side.

A triangle with two sides the same is called an isosceles. Since it starts with 'I' and you have two eyes, that might be a good way to remember it.

If all sides are different, it's called a scalene triangle. The last two letters are 'N' 'E', or not equal.
